Group coaching

Group health coaching is a collaborative and supportive approach to improving health and wellness that involves bringing together individuals with similar health goals and concerns.

In group health coaching, you will benefit from the collective wisdom, motivation, and accountability of the group. I will facilitate discussions, provide education, and guide the group through goal-setting exercises, behavior-change techniques, and practical strategies for achieving better health outcomes.

mitochondria & Nervous system dysregulation

This course will cover topics such as the anatomy and physiology of the adrenal glands, the HPA axis, the effects of stress on the adrenals, and the role of cortisol in the body. Additionally, students will learn about the importance of sleep, exercise, and nutrition for mitochondria health, and how to incorporate these factors into their daily lives.
